I strive to provide excellent customer service and in doing so I offer a 5 day exchange only on unopen items; once item has been received. After that time I will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Currently there is a 2-3 week turnaround. If previous orders are completed earlier; then I may be able to get your order to you sooner. I do have a “RUSH” order option which is an additional $20 fee
