Product description
All resin crafts are handmade, properly mixed, and fully cured. Each craft is unique and no design is identical. Fully cured products are a form of plastic so therefore please do not expose to HEAT! Please do not expose resin crafts to acetone or any rubbing alcohol products. Here are the care instructions for your product.
Clean your product by brushing the dust off with a microfiber duster. If its still dirty, please use a mixture of 50/50 water and regular dish soap with a microfiber cloth.
SHIPPING INFO
I strive to provide excellent customer service and in doing so I offer a 5 day exchange only on unopen items; once item has been received. After that time I will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Currently there is a 2-3 week turnaround. If previous orders are completed earlier; then I may be able to get your order to you sooner. I do have a “RUSH” order option which is an additional $20 fee.
Refunds and Returns
All customized items are non-refundable! If product arrives damaged, client has 72hrs to notify BardHouse with pictures in order to rectify the situation. Pictures are required with a damaged goods report. Thanks in advance for your business and understanding!
